Vineyard: planted in 1996, exposed to sud est/sud ovest, altitude near 250 mt, classic guyot, 1,5 kg per plant. Soil with acid ph, clay, sand

Harvest 2023: mid of september

Vinification: after the grapestalk are removed the wine is put to refrigeration for 24/36 hours at 4° C. Then the must is separated from the skins and proceed the fermentation at the temperature of 15°C for 20/25 days. No malolactic. After 6 month in stainless steel tanks we bottled the wine in march 2024
